1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using No.15, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the app. No.15 is a simple stock rule reminder app. It helps users receive notifications when selected stocks reach percentage-based conditions set by the user.

2. No Financial Advice

No.15 does not provide financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, buy or sell recommendations, price predictions, portfolio management, or personalized financial guidance. No.15 does not tell users what to buy, sell, hold, or avoid. All alerts, lists, and numerical market data shown in the app are based on market data, user settings, and simple numerical rules. You are solely responsible for all investment decisions, trading decisions, financial losses, tax consequences, and any actions you take based on information displayed in the app.

2-A. Not a Registered Financial Entity [Updated]

No.15 and N00Klab are not registered investment advisors, broker-dealers, financial planners, financial institutions, or any other type of regulated financial entity under any applicable law, including but not limited to the U.S. Investment Advisers Act of 1940, the Securities Exchange Act, or equivalent regulations in other jurisdictions. No.15 is a personal rule reminder tool only. Use of No.15 does not create any advisory, fiduciary, or professional relationship between N00Klab and the user.

3. User-Defined Rules

No.15 allows users to set percentage-based rules, such as downward or upward movement alerts. These alerts are not recommendations. They are reminders that a stock has reached a condition selected by the user. A stock reaching a user-defined percentage condition does not mean that the stock should be bought, sold, or held. No.15 only notifies you that your selected condition has been met.

4. Volume-Based List

No.15 may display a Volume-Based List. This list may be based on numerical factors such as trading volume, market capitalization, sector, and other market data. The Volume-Based List is not a recommendation list. It does not mean that listed stocks are better, safer, more profitable, or more suitable for investment. The list is provided only as market data organized by numerical criteria.

5. Numerical Market Data

No.15 may display numerical market data such as trading volume and market capitalization. These numbers are provided as raw data only. They do not represent investment safety, expected return, future performance, company quality, or investment suitability. All interpretation of this data is the sole responsibility of the user. No.15 does not interpret, evaluate, or rate any stock based on this data.

6. Market Data

Market data may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, unavailable, or provided by third-party data sources. No.15 does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or availability of any stock price, volume, market capitalization, company information, sector information, or alert condition. Market data may be delayed by up to 15 minutes or more depending on the provider, exchange, region, or technical conditions. You should not rely on No.15 as your only source of market information or as a real-time trading tool.

7. Notifications

No.15 may send push notifications when user-defined conditions are reached. Notifications may be delayed, missed, duplicated, or not delivered due to device settings, internet connection, operating system behavior, server issues, third-party services, or market data delays. No.15 is not responsible for missed alerts, delayed alerts, incorrect alerts, or actions taken based on notifications.

8. User Responsibility

• You are responsible for your own investment decisions.
• You understand that investing involves risk.
• You may lose money when investing.
• No.15 is not responsible for any financial loss, missed opportunity, trading decision, or investment outcome.
• You will not treat No.15 as a financial advisor, broker, investment manager, or trading signal provider.

9. Age Requirement [Updated]

No.15 is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. By using No.15, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you are not permitted to use this app.

10. Accounts and App Data

No.15 may allow users to save selected stocks, alert rules, region settings, sector preferences, notification settings, or other app preferences. No.15 does not require users to connect brokerage accounts, Robinhood accounts, bank accounts, or other financial accounts. No.15 does not require users to enter the number of shares owned, average purchase price, total investment amount, or portfolio balance.

11. Prohibited Use [Updated]

• Use No.15 for illegal purposes.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, resell, or exploit the app.
• Misuse the app data, alerts, lists, or interface.
• Present No.15 alerts, lists, or numerical market data as professional financial advice.
• Use the app in a way that interferes with the service or other users.
• Use automated systems, bots, scrapers, or similar tools to access, collect, or misuse app data or functionality.

12. Payments and Subscriptions

No.15 may offer paid features, one-time purchases, or subscriptions. Payments are processed by the Apple App Store or other applicable platform providers. Refunds, cancellations, and billing issues are handled according to the policies of the platform where the purchase was made. No.15 may change pricing, features, or subscription options in the future.

13. Service Changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of No.15 at any time. This includes features, data sources, alert logic, pricing, supported markets, or third-party integrations. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by service changes, interruptions, or discontinuation.

14. Third-Party Services

No.15 may use third-party services for market data, cloud storage, push notifications, analytics, crash reporting, authentication, or payment processing. Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies. No.15 is not responsible for the accuracy, reliability, availability, or practices of third-party services.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

No.15 is provided 'as is' and 'as available.' We do not guarantee that the app will be accurate, uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for your specific financial situation. We make no warranties regarding investment outcomes, market performance, data accuracy, notification delivery, numerical market data, or service availability.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, No.15, N00Klab, and its developers are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, financial, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app. This includes, but is not limited to, investment losses, missed trades, missed alerts, incorrect alerts, data delays, data errors, service outages, notification failures, and misinterpretation of volume-based lists or numerical market data.

17. Governing Law [Updated]

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Seoul, Republic of Korea. If you are using No.15 from a jurisdiction that does not permit the application of Korean law, local mandatory consumer protection laws may apply.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If we make significant changes, we may notify users through the app or website. Continued use of No.15 after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

The app does not require brokerage account access, bank account access, Robinhood login, portfolio balance, average purchase price, number of shares owned, or precise location data.

This data is used to display a Volume-Based List and numerical market data. This data is not used to recommend stocks, predict prices, or provide investment advice.

6. Market Data and Third-Party Data Providers

No.15 may use third-party market data providers, including unofficial or official financial data APIs. Market data may include stock prices, trading volume, market capitalization, company names, tickers, exchanges, and sector information. No.15 does not control third-party market data sources and cannot guarantee their accuracy or availability.

7. Third-Party Services

No.15 may use third-party services such as cloud hosting providers, push notification services, crash reporting tools, analytics tools, authentication providers, payment processors, and market data providers. These third parties may process limited data as needed to provide app functionality. We do not sell your personal information. We do not allow third-party services to use your data for brokerage services, investment advice, or personalized trading recommendations.

8. Push Notifications

No.15 uses push notifications to alert users when selected conditions are met. You can enable or disable notifications through your device settings. If notifications are disabled, No.15 may not be able to send alert messages.

If cloud features are enabled, some information may be stored on secure servers to sync data or deliver notifications. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect app data. We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the app, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and improve the service. If an account system is used, users may request deletion of their account and associated data. If data is stored only locally on the device, deleting the app may remove locally stored data.
